We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order (for example, due to inventory or suspected fraud).

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. (and are working on international options).
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
We’re not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses, but we’ll always do our best to help.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Badlada candle as much as we loved making it.

If something’s not right:

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

To start a return, email info@badlada.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Each Badlada candle is hand-poured, so slight variations in color, scent, or texture are totally normal — and part of what makes them special.
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately, but your screen settings may affect how colors appear.

Your privacy matters. We only collect the info needed to process your order and keep in touch.
